This policy applies to LumaWall accounts, apps, APIs, licenses, uploads, profiles, links, and community interactions. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Upload only what you may use
Only upload wallpaper media and related material that you created or are authorized to use and share. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not remove ownership notices or falsely claim another person’s work.
2. Harmful or illegal content
Do not upload, publish, request, promote, or link to content that:
- sexually exploits or endangers a child, or depicts non-consensual intimate material;
- meaningfully facilitates violence, terrorism, human trafficking, illegal goods, or other unlawful activity;
- threatens, stalks, harasses, doxxes, or exposes another person’s sensitive information;
- promotes hatred or dehumanization based on a protected characteristic;
- encourages self-harm or depicts extreme harm primarily to shock or exploit;
- contains malware, destructive code, credential theft, hidden mining, or deceptive downloads; or
- is otherwise unlawful in connection with your use of LumaWall.
3. Protect the service
Do not probe or bypass security, access another user’s account or private media, evade rate limits or moderation, overload infrastructure, scrape at disruptive scale, forge requests or payment events, interfere with downloads, or use automated access contrary to published controls. Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately through Support.
4. Trials, licenses, and payments
Do not reset or falsify device identity to obtain additional trials, share or resell a license contrary to its terms, defeat activation limits, use stolen payment credentials, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or manipulate regional pricing, tax, purchase status, or provider callbacks.
5. Spam and deception
Do not impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent affiliation or approval, coordinate fake engagement, automate likes or downloads, post repetitive promotional material, distribute misleading links, or use LumaWall for phishing or unsolicited bulk communications.
6. Review and enforcement
Public submissions may be reviewed by automated systems and people. We may keep a submission private while review is pending, reject or remove content, limit features, preserve relevant evidence, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop a violation. Serious risks may be reported to relevant providers or authorities where appropriate or required.
Context matters. We may consider intent, severity, repetition, public-interest value, and steps taken to correct a problem. To question a decision, use Support and provide the wallpaper or account details needed to locate it.
7. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse through Support. If that route is unavailable, use the feedback form and clearly title the report. Copyright notices should follow the DMCA Policy.
